Private Drive
Upon entry to the community the city road turns into a private drive.
No solicitation is permitted.
Monthly Assessments
Monthly assessments are budgeted for Landscaping (Grass cutting, mulching, trimming, weeding, Etc.), gutter maintenance, all roadways, 5 common parking areas, 46 driveways and sidewalks leading to front porches. snow removal, salting, insurance, common utilities,
siding repair/cleaning, Roofs and all other routine maintenance that is needed.
